And it was revealed that 72% were frustrated, as they had to explain their problem to multiple people while 67% did not had a good experience with the person whom they were dealing with.

In the next step of the survey there were 58% of the respondents who were likely to share their experience on a review site today than they would have 5 years ago.

Even the customers who had a bad experience online, 45% posted their comments on the social media while there were 35% who posted on the review site.

After the survey was segmented it was revealed that 100% of the participants who earn more than $150K or even more in a year shared their negative experience with others.

The bottom line is that the customer service not only affects a business’s revenues but it also has a powerful and long lasting impact. And the next important thing that customer service is the biggest factor in how the consumer or a client trusts a business.
