Our Process and methodology

One of the fears of outsourcing a web design and development project is losing the control on your own project…not anymore. At AquSag, we understand the time and money have you have invested on your concept and would like to be able to see its development and growth step by step and be able to put across your thoughts and feedback to make sure the end results is what you desired since inception of the concept.

At AquSag, we have put in place a very streamlined design and development process in place that ensures complete client satisfaction an also allows you to monitor each step on your own. We have a well built, strict and very transparent designing and development process in place that ensures monitoring, testing and satisfaction at each step from the beginning to the final delivery of the project.

A specification or wire fame of the project and the business model is shared by the client for analysis and a quote.

The information received from the client is then analyzed in terms of functionality, technicality, business competency, market, feasibility, cost, time, etc. After analyzing the spec, project scope document is drafted that streamlines the purpose, goals and objectives, implementation plan, timeline & milestones and cost. 

The above drafted scope would be discussed and analyzed by both the parties, till the requirements are clearly on paper and is approved by both the sides. Required changes will be done from both sides till both the parties come to a mutual agreement on all the aspects of the project as would be specified in the document. One the document is finalized and approved by both sides; it would serve as a Service Level Agreement (SLA) cum Scope of Work (SoW).

Once the project begins, we organize an internal kick off meeting with the project manager and the team allocated to the project. All the information is passed on to the PM and the team and any questions etc are answered. Once this is through, the clients is introduced to the project manager and the PM is then required to take care of the complete designing, development, feedback, modification, etc along with the reporting the daily updates and progress to the client.

After the client is introduced to the PM, the implementation plan is followed to start and complete the project. Based on the implementation plan, the project development is carried on. This phase involves frequent interaction between the project manager and the client. During the development duration, we deploy the test code on our test server and give you the access to the same for testing, feedback and review.

Once the development and testing of the project is complete, we deploy the final code on the client server and the project site goes live. Thereafter, the source code is handed over to the client along with any other confidential information, artifacts etc.
